Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation up to 15 days before the seminar. Your fee will be returned minus an enrollment charge equal to 20% of your seminar registration investment. If you need to cancel 14 days or less from the seminar being conducted, you may: 1) send a substitute from your organization or 2) transfer your registration to another seminar of your choice within 12 months. Your investment includes all workbook materials, seminar instruction and break refreshments. Lodging, meals and parking fees are not included. All seminar investment fees are payable in US dollars.
