Clients who have received their PDI Assessment Response Link simply need to click on the complete assessment now link located below.

Once you arrive at the assessment completion page all you need to do is enter your response link code and click on the start button.  Please follow all directions specifically and always remember to hit the save key when you have finished the assessment; otherwise all of your answers will be lost.
