Brent exploded onto the sales development scene as the youngest store director, then youngest Vice President for one of the fastest growing discount retail chains in the world. His expertise in sales team development resulted in the company’s first-ever Learning & Selling Process, a strategic initiative still equipping sales professionals and driving results a decade after its national launch.
Brent then expanded his sales expertise as an equity stakeholder and VP of Sales and Marketing for a middle market manufacturing company - negotiating national sales contracts and directing sales processes for owned and brokerage sales teams across the United States.
Brent has also immersed himself in the service sector, including ownership of a professional rep firm in the medical industry and becoming Chief Sales Officer (achieving record-breaking results) for a sales training and development firm with a national customer base.
Today, in addition to being an accomplished author, business owner, and sought-after sales trainer and speaker, Brent continues his work on the front lines through intense consulting engagements with select, high-potential companies across a variety of markets.
Brent Patmos is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA), professional member of the National Speakers’ Association, a Paul Harris Fellow in Rotary International and holds numerous awards and recognitions for his leadership and sales achievement from acclaimed organizations such as The Center for Creative Leadership and the Dow Leadership Center. His greatest recognition, however, is that of “dad” to son Bryce and daughter Alyssa – who hold his feet to the fire to walk the talk and pursue a life of excellence, every moment of every day.
