As a PDI Senior Consultant, Daniel has a keen understanding of today's business culture as it relates to planning, re-engineering and leveraging change. During his career, Daniel has developed unique and effective systems that increase human potential, help move from attitude into action, and assist organizations and individuals in redefining performance standards.

His unique blend of hands-on management skills, and his knowledge of organizational styles and structures, human capital development and talent management, enables Daniel to provide strategic guidance and direction to PDI Clients through our complete portfolio of solutions.

Daniel is a member of the National Speakers Association, and the National Association of Training and Development. He is based in the Washington, DC area where he lives with his wife, two daughters, and a bevy of pets.
