Ted Szaniawski is a veteran of over twenty five years of broad HR generalist experience and as corporate head of Human Resources whom clients describe as a “true HR expert,” “conscientious and honest,” “solid professional,” and “trusted advisor.”  He has extensive background in the restructuring and revitalization of organizations encountering performance challenges.

Ted received a BA degree in Economics from Tufts University and a Masters degree in Banking and Finance from New York University.  Accreditations include TriMetrix™ Certified, Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) and Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA).
