When a nationwide producer of processed meats  needed to promote  a regional sales manager and national  sales manager from their internal sales team,they turned to Perpetual Development, Inc. Their need for these two positions was driven by rapid sales growth and business advancement that was 25% ahead of the industry average. Their desire to advance internal talent was a direct reflection on their expectation to preserve a dynamic and performance oriented culture. At the same time, they needed to deploy a selection strategy  that was expedient and highly effective in creating
clarity and eliminating bias.


Through the use of cultural OD Surveys and position benchmarking, the correct internal candidates were identified for the position and two individuals were an ideal match for each of the sales management positions.
